Most of you are probably familiar with Jagodesain recently, the creator of the Median UI Template for Blogger. This Blogger template can be considered as a popular choice for many bloggers due to its unique design. Recently, I came across a very nice Blogger or Blogspot template, which is a modified version of the Median UI Template, called Plus UI Responsive Blogger Template

- Realtime Views: A real-time view counter on posts. Plus UI v2.6 uses Firebase Database to store the view counts.
- Maintenance Mode: When enabled, visitors will see a maintenance message. Admins won't see this message, making it convenient for upgrading the interface.
